RNC faces losses in Georgia and Michigan
* In a win for voters, the Georgia Supreme Court rejected ([link removed]) the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) plea to reinstate rules from the State Election Board that could delay certification and require a hand count of ballots. The rules remain blocked.
* A federal judge tossed out ([link removed]) the RNC's lawsuit seeking to purge allegedly “ineligible” voters from Michigan's rolls. Voting rights groups said the lawsuit threatened to disenfranchise eligible voters.

GOP appeals North Carolina lawsuit to disenfranchise overseas voters
* The RNC and the North Carolina Republican Party appealed ([link removed]) yesterday’s decision from a state judge rejecting ([link removed]) its request to disenfranchise certain military and overseas voters from voting in North Carolina.
* Since September, Republicans have filed at least three lawsuits in battleground states questioning the eligibility of military and overseas voters. New pro-voting lawsuits filed today in Virginia and South Carolina
* A group of voters filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit today asking a court to require two GOP election officials in Waynesboro, Virginia to certify the November election after they said they wouldn’t unless the state’s policy on counting ballots changes.
* Civil rights advocates sued ([link removed]) the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles and the state Election Commission for allegedly preventing thousands of 17-year-olds who will be 18 by Election Day from registering to vote.

Updates on voting lawsuits in Nevada
* Washoe County, Nevada dropped ([link removed]) its lawsuit challenging Postmaster General Louis DeJoy's now-scrapped plan to move the county's mail processing to California. The county's lawsuit claimed that the move would delay mail in the state, including ballots.
* A voter filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit yesterday to require Carson City, Nevada to investigate nine voter challenges submitted by the right-wing group Pigpen Project. The same group recently withdrew its lawsuits seeking to remove around 30,000 Nevada voters before the election.

DOJ launches website to help voters impacted by hurricanes
* The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) launched ([link removed]) a website to help voters impacted by hurricanes get the information they need to cast a ballot. The DOJ included specific information for voters in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
