I hope this email finds you and your family well on Mother's Day.
Honoring, celebrating, and remembering all the mothers who have helped and shaped us with unconditional love and compassion takes on a special meaning today.

For many folks, this could be the first Mother's Day not spent in person with mothers, grandmothers, or children as we continue to socially distance to keep all families safe and healthy.
Whether you are celebrating today at home, on the phone, or on a video conference call, know that I am still hard at work to fight for your family.
Since this crisis began, I've held eight telephone town halls to discuss COVID-19 response efforts directly with residents from all over the district.
I am fighting hard in Congress for New York and our local governments. We must pass critical, emergency federal funding to ensure teachers, firefighters, cops, healthcare workers, and others continue to receive pay as well as to ensure our communities are able to continue essential services. Friends, I still believe it's love that will conquer COVID-19.We are all in this fight together.
It's never mattered more to act with love for families, neighbors, and strangers.
