The Supreme Court has decided to uphold Texas’ draconian abortion law, leaving thousands of people vulnerable and at risk.

Right now, a person experiencing life-threatening pregnancy-related complications could be rushed to the ER only to be turned away because doctors fear they’ll have their medical license revoked or be flat-out arrested.

It sounds like something out of a dystopian novel. But this is our reality.

If we allow Trump back into office and let Republicans maintain control of the House, this is just the beginning. MAGA Republicans will not stop at abortion; they will come for all reproductive healthcare, targeting essential services like contraceptives, birth control, and IVF.

We cannot accept this. We must not allow politicians and judges to dictate what we can and cannot do with our bodies. Each day these laws stand brings us closer to a future where our personal freedoms are stripped away.
