Dear AFGE Activist,
Each year during the month of October, WFP recognizes the impact that breast cancer has played on the lives of AFGE members. This year, we want to take the time to come together with our partners in sharing knowledge about how we can prevent breast cancer in our own communities.
This year, we are proud to again partner with our friends at Kaiser Permanente to present an informative webinar on Breast Cancer Awareness for Workers. We’ll be joined by Dr. Aaron Edelstein and Dr. Sandra Freiwald from the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Edelstein is the Physician in Charge at Kaiser Permanente’s Otay Mesa Medical Office, practicing Adult Primary Care Department of Family Medicine, and Dr. Freiwald runs General Surgery at the same office in the San Diego area.
