Folks,

I’ve been getting a lot of questions as we enter the home stretch of the campaign season. People want to know if we’re going to keep our Senate majority; and if they give, they want to know how their support is going to help with only two weeks until Election Day.

I’m going to answer both questions below – but first, two weeks out, please donate $2 or whatever you can give to help keep the Senate blue this year.

The answer to the first question is simple. We’re defending a one seat majority, and several races across the country are expected to be decided by very close margins. So control of the Senate is going to come down to the wire.

That’s where you come in. We know the states that the road to protecting our Democratic Senate majority will travel through this year, and we need to be active in all of them. Your donation today is going to directly support our work to get out the vote in these states.

We’re working hard to reelect my colleagues Bob Casey in Pennsylvania, Sherrod Brown in Ohio, Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin, Jacky Rosen in Nevada, and Jon Tester in Montana. All five are in tough reelection campaigns against well-funded, Trump-endorsed candidates.

And we’re mobilizing in Virginia to send Tim Kaine back to the Senate. Tim is in a tough fight right here at home – Republicans are pouring significant money into the Commonwealth to defeat him AND with only two weeks left, he’s being outraised by his GOP opponent.

Turnout will be key in all of these races. We have to work together in these next 14 days to get voters to the polls.
