John,  I’ve been going non-stop ahead of Election Day – but I’ll always pause to celebrate our impact for kids. 

Let’s dive into SCAN’s latest wins! 

1. During back-to-school season, we launched 24 more clubs and welcomed 46 new Student Ambassadors. 
2. We rallied 106 members of Congress to sign a letter to President Biden, urging action on global malnutrition. 
3. Supporters like you raised $133,507 to protect kids when crisis strikes.   
4. Our policy experts helped draft a bipartisan resolution honoring the 70-year legacy of Food for Peace, securing 40 co-sponsors in Congress.  
5. Washington State advocates encouraged over 1,000 voters to oppose I 2109, a ballot measure that would cut $2 billion from early learning and education programs. 
6. We helped organize a Senate Agriculture Committee briefing on summer food support, moderated by yours truly.
7. We’re endorsing champions for children in Iowa and New Hampshire – running ads, knocking on doors, texting and calling to get out the vote.  

I could go on and on, John, and it’s all thanks to you.
