• In New Hampshire, we're challenging one of the most restrictive anti-voter laws in the nation: a law that would prevent voters lacking certain documentation from casting their ballots and turn them away from the polls entirely.
• In Nevada, we successfully blocked a lawsuit that could have unfairly removed 19,000 voters from the rolls in Clark County, violating state and federal laws and disenfranchising voters.
• In Nebraska, we just won our case at the state Supreme Court ordering the county elections officials to follow the law and allow Nebraskans with past felony convictions to register and to vote.

And these are just a handful of the cases that we're actively working on. It's the final days leading up to the election, and our lawyers are anticipating escalating attempts at voter intimidation and voter suppression the closer we get to the polls closing.
