I’m reaching out today to remind you of everything that we’ve been fighting so hard to achieve—but before I do that, I want to thank you. With every passing day, it becomes more and more clear that Iowans are simply not our Republican-controlled legislature’s priority. 

If Iowans were, extremists would not be fighting to:

Defund our public schools. 

Dismantle our AEAs.

Restrict our reproductive rights. 

Undermine our labor unions and Iowa’s workers. 

Iowans deserve a better deal. IA Senate Dems will never stop advocating, prioritizing and fighting for folks like you but in undo all the wrongs that our far-right state government has signed through, we need to grow our coalition and retake the Senate Majority—and we’re so close, John.
