The special election in CA-25 is coming down to wire.

Early vote reports indicate the Republicans have a slight advantage in terms of vote-by-mail ballots returned. And earlier this week, the Republicans dumped an additional $300,000 on TV for last-minute attacks against Democrat Christy Smith. Not good.

We said this before but it bears repeating: The implications of what happens in CA-25 are enormous — for TJ’s race and others. The outcome will set the tone headed into the November General Election.
