John, it's Congresswoman Lois Frankel, and today marks the start of early voting in Palm Beach County.
Before I ask you to chip in toward our efforts to mobilize voters, [[link removed]] [[link removed]] I wanted to reach out and make clear how important it is to cast your vote on or before November 5. There's a lot at stake in this election — MAGA extremists have been dedicated supporters of 1️⃣ cutting Social Security, 2️⃣ taking away our reproductive freedom, and 3️⃣ stripping away our right to feel safe in our state.
And with just a couple of weeks until Election Day in November, they've been deliberately working hard to limit our right to vote! Let me explain:
FIRST: In 2023, Ron DeSantis signed a bill into law that requires voters to register for vote-by-mail ballots twice as often as before.
THEN: Earlier this year, stories emerged about how an elections official accepted data from an AI program (created by far-right extremists) that were causing Democratic voters to get kicked off the voter roll.
NOW: The clock is ticking as my team and I are working hard to combat these calculated attempts to keep folks from the polls.
I want to be as transparent as I can be — our ability to continue to mobilize voters and help them prepare to make the best choice for themselves greatly depends on support from community members, like you, John.
Your support would make a world of a difference for our people-powered movement. If you can, will you consider joining our team with a donation today? [[link removed]]
