Second, the meeting of the BRICS-Plus nations—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, plus another 50-plus countries—begins tomorrow in Russia—directly opposite this week’s Washington meeting of the 190-nation International Monetary Fund. The dying imperial order on the one hand, the emerging, productive nations of the “Global South” representing the majority of the human race, 6 billion people-plus, on the other. In this setting, the economic policies of LaRouche Independents Diane Sare and Jose Vega can be center stage, and in both gatherings. But how—and what does that have to do with you?
