We're getting ready to launch our very first ads of the general election. We've crafted a message that we believe will really resonate with voters and bring them on board our campaign to elect Joe Biden and beat Donald Trump.

I'm hoping to go live and reach as many voters as we can. The earlier we can reach folks, the better our chances of winning are, so it's important to get these ads up as soon and as broadly as possible.

I know you don't need me to tell you what's at stake in this election. I see it every day when I see my son, and hope for a better world for him. We all see it every day on TV. Donald Trump will go down in history as one of the worst presidents this country has ever seen -- but it's up to us whether he will be a one-term or two-term president.

And we have a chance here to make sure folks see the contrast between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. There's no more powerful way to do that than through storytelling, and that's why our ads make such a huge impact.

We want as many voters as possible to see Joe and hear his story and his plans for how to bring this country back together and lead us through these challenging times. Once they get to know the Joe we're rooting for, I know they'll join us.
