A YES on Prop 1 is a vote to ensure women, not politicians, have the power to make decisions about their own bodies.

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, we’ve seen a tidal wave of anti-abortion legislation enacted across the country.

While Governor Hochul is protecting reproductive health care for millions of New Yorkers, she knows that we need to secure these protections in our state constitution.

Women should make health decisions about their own bodies with their families and their doctors. There’s no place for a politician or judge in the doctor’s office.
