Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a weekly note to
Elise's supporters to update you on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21!


Here are a few top Team Elise updates and stories we have been tracking for
the past week!


NORTHERN BORDER NIGHTMARE


For nearly 4 years, the North Country and border communities across the United
States have been dealing with the consequences of Open Border Czar Kamala
Harris' failed open border policies. The rest of the country must see the
nightmares North Country residents endure daily because of the Biden-Harris
Administration's failures. Since holding a round table with families that live
on the Northern Border in Franklin and Clinton counties, Elise has yet again
been sounding the alarm on these horrible conditions – and showing everyone
just how bad it has gotten with actual footage.


On Saturday, Elise shared trail cam footage of illegal immigrants crossing
through a constituent’s property. First responders and law enforcement receive
videos like this every day. Towns in Clinton County have been dealing with more
than 100 illegal crossings a week for months - and those are only the ones we
know about.

On Monday, Elise shared another clip from her round table where a resident
shared that her 92 year old neighbor has been terrified ever since a migrant
broke into his home. She said“This isn’t the America we had under Trump, it’s
not the America we even had under Obama at this point. This is beyond anything
I thought this country would ever be.”

On Tuesday, Elise shared the story of a constituent who had a known coyote
break into his home after evading Border Patrol. He held the man at gunpoint
for more than 30 minutes until law enforcement arrived. Another woman shared
that she has to sleep with a gun under her bed to feel safe in what used to be
a quiet, picturesque town.

On Thursday, the House Committee on Homeland Security published a report on
foiled terror plots in the United States. In more than 29 states, the
Department of Homeland Security arrested illegal aliens who were coordinating
with groups like ISIS, Hezbollah and Al Qaeda.

On Friday, Chairwoman Elise Stefanik traveled to the Battleground state of
Wisconsin for a series of events in support of President Trump and his America

Elise Announces MASSIVE Q3 Fundraising Haul


On Tuesday, Elise announced that her incredible supporters put the Q3
fundraising total over $8.5 million with an average donation of 20 dollars from
over 85,000 different grassroots donors, bringing the cycle-to-date total over
$35 million, with millions transferred to GOP efforts nationwide. This was the
last FEC filing before the election, and Elise was among the top fundraisers
once again, thanks to the support of so many hardworking Americans.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“We are in the final sprint to earn every vote to Save America and Save New
York!

I'm proud to announce that Team Elise has raised over $8.5 million in Q3 of
2024 with an average donation of $20 to my campaign from over 85,000 unique
donors.

Thank you to all of the hardworking supporters of Team Elise!

Team Elise has now raised over $35 million cycle to date with millions
transferred to the NRCC, millions raised directly for candidates, and millions
for my New York Republican battleground effort.

Israel Eliminates Hamas Leader Yahya Sinwar


On Thursday, the Israel Defense Forces conducted a ground operation in Gaza in
which they eliminated Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas and mastermind of the
October 7 attacks.


Elise stated –


"Today is a historic day of justice for the Jewish people, the state of
Israel, and humanity worldwide. Yahya Sinwar, an embodiment of pure evil and
the barbarian leader of Hamas who was the mastermind of the October 7th
atrocities, has been eliminated.

During Yahya Sinwar’s October 7th attack, Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists
slaughtered over 1,200 innocent civilians, including 46 Americans, and took
over 250 Israeli civilians hostage, over 100 of which remain hostage today.
Israel’s elimination of Sinwar has made the world safer by taking out an evil
terrorist leader that sought the destruction of both Israel and the United
States.

Israel has every right to continue to eliminate the Iranian-backed terrorist
organization, secure the release of every hostage, and protect their
sovereignty. The United States must stand strong with Israel as it fights for
its very existence and stands as a beacon of democracy and freedom in the
Middle East."

Elise Calls Out Columbia University and Biden-Harris Administration For
Failing to Combat Antisemitism


On Tuesday, Elise and Senator Joni Ernst (IA) sent a joint letter to the FBI,
demanding an investigation into anti-Israel organizations at Columbia
University. Members of the Columbia University Apartheid Divest coalition have
repeatedly advocated for violent resistance and praised Hamas’ terrorist
attacks against innocent civilians. Jewish students can no longer rely on
Columbia to keep them safe, as the administration is still refusing to hold
their antisemitic peers accountable.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“No more excuses.

[Columbia] failed to protect Jewish students.

We can not allow these ‘elite’ universities to hide from responsibility and
continue failing to enforce rules against violence.”

On Wednesday, Palestinian Authority representatives continued their efforts to
expel Israel from the United Nations by challenging Israel’s diplomatic
credentials. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UN
Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield have all refused to comment on the situation.


Elise stated –


“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ weak leadership and inexcusable silence in the
face of constant antisemitic attacks on Israel’s right to exist has directly
incentivized the Palestinian Authority to try to expel Israel from the UN
General Assembly. Should the Palestinian Authority succeed in their antisemitic
pursuit, it would result in a complete reassessment of U.S. funding of the
United Nations.

American taxpayers have no interest in continuing to fund an organization
that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have allowed to rot with antisemitism. Joe
Biden and Kamala Harris must immediately and forcefully reject this antisemitic
attempt to weaken and isolate Israel. They must take the names of any country
supporting this blatantly immoral effort and make clear the position of the
United States - the UN’s single largest source of funding.”

Elise Celebrates Columbus Day


On Monday, Elise shared a photo with Majority Leader Steve, Congressman Mike
Lawler, and future Congressman Mike Haridopolos to celebrate Columbus Day. This
particular statue has a story to go along with it – Violent leftist protesters
tore down the Christopher Columbus statue in Richmond, VA, and Congressman
Lawler and his friends of the Sons of Italy Lodge worked to recover it and give
it a new home in NY-19.

“Columbus Day serves as a representation of the contributions made by Italian
Americans to this country, as well as a reminder of the challenges they
encountered upon their arrival in the United States. NY Republicans are proud
to represent so many Italian Americans all across New York!”

Elise Visits Saratoga Battlefield


This week marked the 247th Anniversary of the Battles of Saratoga, the turning
point of the American Revolution! On Sunday, Elise and her family visited
Saratoga National Historical Park to tour the Siege Weekend exhibits presented
by the American Battlefield Trust and Saratoga County’s 250th Anniversary
Commission.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Incredible weekend in Saratoga County for [the 250th Anniversary Commission]
- our family visited some of the exhibits on both Saturday and Sunday!!!

Appreciate the entire dedicated Saratoga team who made this Saratoga Siege

President Trump Is Ahead in EVERY Swing State and Holding a Historic Rally at
Madison Square Garden


On Monday, newly released national polls showed President Trump ahead in
every key swing state! Later that evening, President Trump announced he’ll be
coming back to New York to host a rally at Madison Square Garden on October
27th. The Trump Train is picking up steam and the Democrats are PANICKING.
Republicans are in striking distance in New York for the first time since 1984,
and our grassroots teams across the state will be working non-stop for the next
two weeks to deliver a historic victory on November 5th!

Elise Earns the Endorsement of Clinton and Jefferson County Elected Officials


On Monday, Elise announced that her re-election campaign earned the
endorsement of 48 local elected officials in Clinton County, including
Democrats and Independents!


Clinton County Board of Legislators Chairman Mark Henry said –


“I am gladly endorsing Congresswoman Stefanik’s re-election because she has a
solid record of delivering results for Clinton County and the North Country. As
Co-Chair of the Northern Border Caucus, she’s giving our communities the voice
we need in Washington D.C. She’s helped the North Country strengthen its
economic partnerships with Canadian business and put us on the path for long
term job growth.”


Elise stated –


“I’m thankful to earn the support and endorsement of these 48 incredible local
elected officials in Clinton County. Clinton County families know that I have

On Thursday, 32 elected officials in Jefferson County endorsed Elise’s
re-election. Again, she earned endorsements from Republicans, Conservatives,
Democrats, and Independents in every town in NY-21!


Jefferson County Board of Legislators Vice Chairman Patrick Jareo said –


“I appreciate what Elise has done for the North Country. She is a strong
advocate for the military and Fort Drum. She truly cares and is effective in
promoting what is important to my constituents in Jefferson County.”


Elise stated –


“I am extremely grateful to have earned endorsements from great local elected
leaders in Jefferson County. Jefferson County families know that I have a
proven track record of delivering results for them in Congress, including our

Kamala Harris Proves She Is Unfit to Lead


Kamala Harris had just had one of the worst weeks of her political career. In
every interview, she shrugged accountability for the failures of the
Biden-Harris Administration and could not provide a direct answer to even the
simplest of questions. On The View, she couldn’t name any specific solutions to
the border crisis enacted by the Administration and then blamed Congress for
failing to do more. She claimed to have been steadfast at Biden’s side
throughout her tenure in the White House, but refused to speak on his decline
when pressed by Bret Baier. The mainstream media can’t run any more coverage
for Harris’ weakness and the American people can see it clear as day.

“Every time Kamala Harris speaks the American people see how unfit she is to
be Commander-in-chief. Her disastrous performance tonight with [Bret Baier] put
on full display her lying to the American people and blatant refusal to take
