My org suffered a bit of a setback this week, friend, and if you’ll bear with me for just a moment, I’d like to explain what happened and where we go from here.
Last week, we missed our critical weekly fundraising goal.
It was a tough setback, but we knew that if we had a big week on digital fundraising, we could get things back on track without too much of an interruption to our day-to-day operations.
But instead, our digital fundraising took a nosedive this week, and if we want to avoid having to make difficult decisions and reduce our efforts in some key battleground races, we need to fix this problem ASAP before it spirals out of control.
