House Majority Leader Steve Scalise should be focused on passing the critical disaster relief package that our communities in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee urgently need.

Instead, he's prioritizing fundraising for Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans, while threatening to strip Harvard University of its accreditation—just because students exercised their right to protest.

Regardless of your stance on the Israel-Palestinian conflict, we cannot allow MAGA extremists like Scalise to use student protests as a smokescreen for Trump’s dangerous Project 2025 agenda. “Your accreditation is on the line,” Scalise said. “You’re not playing games any more, or else you’re not a school any more.”

These guys aren’t fit to be on a school board, much less run the federal government. We must stop anti-science, anti-freedom politicians like Steve Scalise and we must dismantle the dangerous grip of Trumpism.
