Friends,

Betsy DeVos told Greta Van Susteren that it’s not her fault the Department of Education is denying relief money to the hundreds of thousands of DACA-eligible students enrolled in higher education in America.

Instead, DeVos blamed Congress -- saying they wrote her discrimination into the law.

In response, Congress called Betsy’s bluff. Leading Democrats on key House and Senate education committees wrote DeVos a letter saying that, “Congress did not place limitations on which students could or should get emergency aid -- we simply directed the Secretary and institutions to make funds available to students.”

Hopefully, now the Education Secretary won’t be so confused about what Congress wanted her to do with the money -- but since she’s shown she’s prepared to lie to keep funds from the disenfranchised, we need to hear from you:

Should DREAMers receive relief funds?

YES   NO
