Why Did a Salon Owner Get Thrown in
Jail for Feeding Her Children?
May 9, 2020
Shelley Luther, a Texas salon owner, was jailed and fined this week for violating a local stay-at-home order. She was making the decision to feed her family or face severe legal consequences. To make matters worse, the judge tried to bribe her with a lessened sentence for an apology for her “selfishness”. Luckily, Texas officials stepped in and freed her in time for her to spend Mother’s Day with her children. How did things escalate so quickly?

We are going LIVE on Eagle Forum’s Facebook today at 1 pm CDT/2 pm EST with Texas Eagle Forum’s President Cindi Castilla to address this issue and how you can get involved. You won’t want to miss this!
