Friend,
We need to draw your attention to
what could end up being the next big fight at the Supreme Court… this
time over “assault weapon” bans.
As you know from our many emails on
the subject, FPC has already been fighting hard at SCOTUS to dismantle
the ATF “frame or receiver” rule.
But we’re also looking to keep the
wind at our backs, which is why we’ve asked the Supreme Court to also
take our case Snope v.
Brown.
|
Snope is a very important case
because it takes aim at the very heart of the gun control agenda: the
tyrants’ quest to ban common, semiautomatic firearms.
You’ve no doubt heard from
government bureaucrats your whole life that these weapons ‘need to be
banned.’ And with Snope, we’re saying
once and for all: Fuck You. No.
Should SCOTUS take up our case,
government despots everywhere will be sweating hard enough to raise
the sea level.
|
But in order to make sure that we
have the best fighting chance at DEFEATING the “frame or receiver”
rule AND convincing SCOTUS to hear our “assault weapons” case, we need to receive YOUR SUPPORT,
Friend!
Help
defeat ATF’s rule, “assault weapon” bans, and more by making a
donation to support FPC’s important mission and work.
When you give $100, $50, or perhaps
even $25, you will automatically be entered to WIN a Marlin 1895
Trapper Rifle with Hornady Level Evolution 45-70 ammo!
|
Right now, it’s VITAL that we really raise the temperature
and make some noise to generate buzz for our “assault weapons”
challenge.
Your donation would not only help
fund our rights-saving litigation; it would send a clear message that
bans on your fundamental rights and property WILL NOT BE
TOLERATED!
You’ll be hearing plenty more from
us on both ATF’s rule AND our “assault weapons” cert petition. But for
now, we just want to say: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
