Hey John, it’s Josh. This is my last message to you tonight, and I’ll make it short (I hope you’ll read it until the end).
All eyes are on North Carolina, but before I tell you why, will you pitch in $15 now towards our campaign’s $1 million public filing goal? Any amount helps ahead of tonight’s midnight deadline.
North Carolina is a KEY battleground state, and national Republicans are spending millions to turn it red in November — up and down the ballot.
It’s up to us to get record turnout at the ballot box to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and stop far-right extremists from undoing all the progress we’ve made. That starts with securing the resources we need to mobilize voters and reach folks who are still undecided before they head to the polls.
I know we ask a lot from this grassroots team, but we can’t afford to leave North Carolina’s future up to chance. Either we continue on a path of progress or let conspiracy theorists and extremists — like my opponent and reportedly self-proclaimed “Nazi” Mark Robinson — gain control.
