First: In the State House, I took on Big Pharma to lower prescription drug prices, passed a first-in-the-nation cap on the price of insulin, expanded paid family and sick leave, and protected renters from eviction during the pandemic.

Then: When I was elected to Congress, I didn’t slow down. I helped pass a bipartisan tax cut for families, pushed to allow Medicare to negotiate lower prices, worked to increase hospital pricing transparency, and introduced bills to lower medication and insurance costs
