It is never easy asking people to contribute money. While it can be empowering to make a difference in something as consequential as the presidency or control of Congress, we wish we didn't have to.

But we do have to ask. Especially today. Because the contribution we're asking you to make could be the difference between this:

Kamala Harris won the race.

Or this.

Donald Trump won the race.

Between Wolf Blitzer declaring this:

Democrats take control of the U.S. House.

Or this.

Republicans keep control of the U.S. House.

We know it may not seem like one contribution can make such a dramatic difference at this stage of the race, but it sure can. Look how close the presidential race is. Look how close so many of these down-ballot races are.

A well-timed donation and resources moved to the right states can make ALL the difference.

So, with time running out and budget gaps we have to fill, we're asking:
