A few weeks out from Election Day, how are you handling the anxiety and anticipation?

Maybe you're obsessing over every poll and scrolling endlessly through social media (no judgment). Or maybe you're going the other way, trying to tune out the noise as much as possible and focusing on family, community, and binging favorite shows (definitely no judgment).

But when the stakes are this high — when the future of abortion access, reproductive rights, and so much more are on the line — the best way to cope is to do something productive.

Here are three things you can do right now that will make an impact on November 5:

Number One
Make a plan to vote.

Visit vote.org to check deadlines for mail-in ballots, check early voting options, or confirm your polling location.

Have you made a plan to vote yet?
Yes No

Number Two
Volunteer your time.

Looking to make an impact locally? Help support Planned Parenthood advocacy and political organizations in your community. Or, find local candidates who support causes you believe in, and reach out to their campaigns to find out how you can help.

Number Three
Donate to Planned Parenthood Action Fund.

Help power the fight to restore, protect, and expand abortion access. Your donation will make an immediate impact in the movement for reproductive rights.

We can't predict what will happen over the next few weeks — but every single one of us can help. No matter how you choose to join the fight, doing whatever you can to chip in will make a difference, for your peace of mind and for the future.

And as we've proven time and again, when our movement comes together, we are a powerful force.

Thanks for getting involved and staying involved.
