The GOP’s nominee for governor, Mark Robinson, is one of the most extreme and dangerous people in a party dominated by the extreme and the dangerous.

North Carolinians are rejecting him, and his sinking poll numbers bear that out.

But that gives us an opening, because we have an opportunity to flip NC blue.

And how about this, John: If we flip NC, I can just about guarantee that it would put an end to Donald’s hopes for a second term.

That’s all the motivation I need to leave it all on the field in North Carolina.
