This week, I introduced a bipartisan bill which better ensures that the families of our public safety officers who have passed away from COVID-19 can quickly access the financial help they’ve been promised.
Our doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, nursing home workers, pharmacists and first responders are among those who have shouldered physical and mental exhaustion to heal the sick. Thank you for the full measure of devotion you have shown to your communities.

Despite the hardship and heartache so many are experiencing, Iowans are donating their time, talent and treasure to support local businesses, food pantries and grab-and-go meals for students. I encourage you all to continue finding ways to support one another in these times.
