Friend, I may not look like your typical Taylor Swift fan, but thanks to my granddaughters, I know a few of her songs, including my granddaughters’ favorite, "Love Story."

And just like I hear these friendship bracelets never go out of style, neither does our fight for the Dignity of Work.

Whether you punch a clock or swipe a badge, earn a salary or make tips, are raising children or caring for an aging parent, your work has dignity – and you deserve leaders who will fight to ensure your hard work pays off.

But here's the deal: My opponent, Bernie Moreno, is a wealthy businessman who'll side with Big Banks and corporations every chance he gets. He opposes the minimum wage and he's even faced lawsuits for wage theft.

But right now, polls show me narrowly trailing in the race experts say will decide Senate control – and the GOP is throwing their full weight behind Moreno to try to flip this seat red.

That's why I'm personally asking for your help today, friend: Will you chip in $5 or more now before our midnight fundraising deadline so we can win in Ohio and keep the Senate blue?
