Biden-Harris DOJ allowing illegal immigrants to vote, defending brave whistleblowers from Deep State, New York forcing Jewish professors to support antisemitic union, ACLJ speaks to Christian on death row . . .
ACLJ Newsletter – Life & Liberty Drive

John,

The Biden-Harris DOJ JUST filed a lawsuit to allow illegal immigrants to vote. They're trying to force a state to let noncitizens vote – just days before the election.

It's a deliberate assault on our election integrity.

We're fighting back, preparing to file a vital amicus brief in federal court at any moment to stop them.

Biden and Harris call Trump a danger to democracy, yet they are the ones continually subverting the will of the American people.

We defeated the Trump ballot ban at the U.S. Supreme Court, and we'll go back to protect your vote.

As Election Day quickly approaches, we need YOU.

Update: Biden-Harris File Shocking Election Lawsuit.

We've just released a new Election Day resource so you can be prepared to ensure your rights are protected at the polls.

Know Your Rights on Election Day.

We also JUST FILED a massive federal lawsuit against the Biden-Harris Deep State to defend courageous FBI whistleblowers who exposed rampant Deep State corruption.

Our clients, Special Agent Garret O'Boyle and Agent Marcus Allen, exposed secret FBI targeting of pro-lifers and conservatives – treating us like terrorists – and suffered vicious retaliation as a result.

As Agent O'Boyle testified, "The FBI will crush you . . . and your family."

We won for Agent Allen, and we just presented our oral argument in federal court in Agent O'Boyle's case.

Plus, we just filed another MAJOR FOIA lawsuit against the Biden-Harris DOJ to defend brave whistleblowers.

They need your voice.

Update: ACLJ Files Lawsuit Against DOJ Corruption.

A group of Jewish professors at City University of New York (CUNY) wanted to stop being forced to be a part of an antisemitic union. Jewish professors and students have been ostracized on campus based on their identities and religious beliefs.

But New York law forbids professors from dissociating from the union, regardless of the union's antisemitic, anti-Israel conduct. And the court system has incorrectly agreed.

We've filed a critical brief at the U.S. Supreme Court, urging the Justices to take the case. Professors shouldn't have to support a union whose speech is contradictory to their very identity.

Innocent Christian Shahzad Masih just celebrated his 24th birthday on death row.

Arrested at just 16, Shahzad was sentenced to hang for blasphemy. One of our senior lawyers has been in Pakistan this week, meeting with our legal team there and preparing for oral arguments as we defend Shahzad in court in the coming days.

We just spoke to Shahzad, and despite his predicament, he has not lost hope. He's been praying and participating in a Bible study in the prison. But Shahzad also told us his sister is getting married in December, and he desperately wants to be free in time to attend.

He needs all of us. Sign our URGENT petition.
