*Mammograms are the best way to find breast cancer early when treatment is most effective. But not everyone can get a mammogram when they need it. Where you live or how much money you have can delay care.*

More people are living longer and healthier lives after breast cancer treatment. Yet, some still struggle to get the timely care they need. It can be difficult for many people, especially in rural areas, to get a mammogram. This is because of money, travel, or lack of nearby clinics. Starting mammograms at the age recommended by the new screening guidelines can save more lives from breast cancer.
