As the Campaign Manager here at Mrvan HQ, sometimes I have to make tough decisions about our budget.

In these final days before the election, we are stretching things as thin as possible to reach as many people as we can. Be it through the airwaves, over the phone, or face-to-face, our ground game has to be impeccable to win in this battleground district.

Unfortunately, after our most recent meeting, it became clear that we needed to cut our budget for the remainder of the cycle, as our fundraising is not meeting up to our projections.

John, this is a real setback for us. We can’t afford to cut the budget again before November, or we risk a strategy pivot. To put it bluntly, we can’t have any more setbacks like this.
