My name is Janelle Bynum and I’m proud to be a SEEC PAC-endorsed climate champion running for Congress in Oregon’s 5th district, one of the most competitive in the country.

DONATE $25 » [[link removed]]As a mother of four and a small business owner, I know the issues that are impacting our communities the most. One of those issues is climate change. We can’t leave our children with an uninhabitable planet and an unsustainable future. It’s bad for business too!

The effects of climate change are felt close to home with brutal summers and the threat of wildfires year-round. I’m not waiting to get to Washington to tackle the climate crisis — I’m already part of the solution in the state legislature, sponsoring legislation to make Oregon the clean energy hub in the country. I know we can do more.

My plan is to expand upon this work on the federal level, reducing our carbon footprint and creating good-paying union jobs. But we can’t wait to take action any longer!
