Gun owners across the country are watching closely to see which Second Amendment case SCOTUS will hear next.

After the unsurprising but disappointing ruling of mootness in?NYSRPA v. New York,?some believed the anti-gunners won.

But as you may know, in the court's dissent, four of the justices wrote:?

"We are told that the mode of review in this case is representative of the way Heller has been treated in the lower courts. If that is true, there is cause for concern."

Call us biased, but we can't think of a better example of the lower courts failing to uphold the?Heller?decision than?the Handgun Roster.

The Heller?decision - affirmed in?McDonald?- not only protects the INDIVIDUAL?right to keep and bear arms, but makes gun bans like the Handgun Roster unconstitutional on their face.

Which is why we're optimistic the court may agree to FINALLY hear our legal challenge to the Roster -?Pena v. Horan.
