His story is one of courage, but now, instead of being thanked for exposing illegal gender transition procedures on hundreds of minors at Texas Children's Hospital, he's being prosecuted by the Department of Justice. Let that sink in: HUNDREDS of children were subjected to life-altering procedures without proper consent, and the hospital even altered medical records to cover it up! Dr. Haim, in his commitment to protecting the most vulnerable, pulled these medical records—fully within his rights as a practicing surgeon at the hospital—and redacted sensitive information before delivering them to the proper authorities. This is the very definition of courage in the face of wrongdoing. But instead of investigating the hospital for violating state law, the DOJ is going after him! In May 2023, the DOJ indicted Dr. Haim on four felony HIPAA violations, threatening him with up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines. This is nothing short of a politically motivated attack designed to silence those who dare to expose the left’s radical gender agenda. Here’s the good news: the pressure you’ve helped build is working! Thanks to the tens of thousands of patriots who stood with Dr. Haim, the prosecution is feeling the heat, and they can no longer ignore the facts. And now, new evidence has come to light—evidence that blows the DOJ’s case wide open! The government initially claimed that Dr. Haim stopped working at Texas Children’s Hospital in January 2021, implying that he illegally accessed patient records afterward. The government has now admitted that Dr. Haim continued to operate and consult on patients until December 2021, which is well within his legal rights. Another hero is being prosecuted for doing the right thing. Are you shocked? Me neither. Dr. Eithan Haim, a courageous whistleblower surgeon, is under attack by the very system that should be celebrating his courage. He dared to expose the truth—illegal and unethical gender transition procedures performed on hundreds of vulnerable children at Texas Children’s Hospital. HUNDREDS! These procedures violated state law and were carried out without proper informed consent. To top it all off, the hospital had the audacity to alter medical records to cover up these crimes! But instead of going after the real criminals—the doctors and administrators who are mutilating children—the government has chosen to prosecute Dr. Haim. Yes, you read that right. The same officials who should be protecting whistleblowers like Dr. Haim are now trying to shut him up by throwing him in prison. His trial is set for October 2024.

Instead, Dr. Haim’s trial is set for October 2024. It’s imperative that we all stand together on this issue to ensure justice for him and protect the values of decency and truth.
