john, we have some exciting news to share!
Kim just won the endorsement of the Everett Herald!
The Everett Herald: "Schrier proves her skills at listening, legislating"
This is the third major news source in WA-08 to throw their support behind Kim Schirer in this election. The Seattle Times, Tacoma News Tribune, and now the Everett Herald all agree: we need Kim's voice in Congress for another two years.
In their endorsement of Kim, the Everett Herald applauded Kim for doing her best to get the job done, including getting 18 bills passed into law under two presidential administrations.
She's improved access to healthcare, expanded access to broadband in our area, and even worked with Republicans to amend the farm bill to include a provision to provide whole milk to children in schools to aid in their nutritional needs.
Kim is a true representation of what we want and need from our leaders. Kim delivers for each and every one of us, and now, it's time we help her win her race in just 18 days.
The Everett Herald said it best: "A good pediatrician has to know how to listen to her patient. Schrier has applied the same skills to her work in Congress."
Let's get this doctor reelected to the House on November 5. Chip in to fund our efforts right away >>
