Attorney General Andrew Bailey has lost his mind. He just tried to restart a case he lost at the Supreme Court involving mifepristone, and his major argument is that Missouri needs more pregnant 15-19-year-olds. |
Bailey, joined by only two other Attorneys General - Kobach from Kansas and Labrador from Idaho - are suing in TEXAS to try to stop the federal government from providing access to Plan C pills. Not even Texas is part of this lawsuit! They're in Texas because, in that particular district, they like the only judge they could get.
In a 199-page complaint filed by Bailey, he claims that permitting increased access to Plan C prevents teen pregnancies, which is bad for Missouri.
