This week, Xavier submitted his opening Supreme Court argument to stop President Trump’s attempt to destroy the entire Affordable Care Act — and with it, American lives. 
 
That’s right — during the worst public health crisis in over 100 years, the President of the United States is headed to the Supreme Court, trying to take away health coverage from 20,000,000 people and end healthcare protections for 133,000,000 Americans. Xavier is going to the Supreme Court, leading a coalition of 20 states + DC, to stop the President. 
 
 
 
While the Trump administration tries to rip away access to healthcare, our coalition moves forward to defend it.
