About the job
As the IT System Admin, you will join a high-performing team dedicated to providing technical support for agency wide staff, other state agencies, enterprise application customers, vendors, and public sector customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing hardware, software, agency and enterprise applications, network components, and all other technical issues. In this role, you will identify, plan, triage, and coordinate issues by setting priorities, taking ownership, and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution while maintaining clear communication with customers. Additionally, you will focus on continuously improving services, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and providing customer training. As the IT representative for the ETS services, you will engage with customers daily to resolve technical issues and ensure the highest quality of support and service.
