An explosive new report from The Washington Post just revealed that a powerful oil lobby group called the American Exploration and Production Council (AXPC), representing 30 oil and gas producers like ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips, has crafted a detailed plan to gut methane regulations, overturn key climate executive orders, and erase hard-fought environmental protections.
