[ [link removed] ]TLDR; Republicans are coming for Mifepristone AGAIN. Chip in
$5 and power our fight for medication abortion.
John,
Yesterday, the Attorneys General of Kansas, Missouri, and Idaho sneak
filed a lawsuit against the FDA to restrict access to mifepristone—the
abortion pill that millions of people rely on. They’re using a law from
1873, called the Comstock Act, to try and block the shipping of abortion
medication. This medication accounts for nearly 20% of all abortions in
the U.S.
Sound familiar? THAT’S BECAUSE IT IS. They’re running back to Texas Judge
Matthew Kacsmaryk (the Trump appointed 🤡 in Amarillo), hoping he’ll
deliver for them again and send the case back to the Supreme Court.

defeated this EXACT play. And we will do it again.
The Republicans are desperate to find new ways to take away our freedoms.
This is the same old, dangerous MAGA playbook. We defeated them once, and
we will keep doing it again and again and again.

this attack.
