I'll be representing trans kids and their families against unconstitutional bans this winter.

ACLU Supporter, we'll be defending trans people at the Supreme Court this December – and we need you in this fight.
We need everyone to be part of this historic moment. Tell the Court to protect our rights now. <[link removed]>
The ACLU is defending the rights of trans kids and their families across the country. On December 4, we'll be at the Supreme Court arguing that the Constitution protects all of us and the government should stop getting between families and their doctors. We all should have the right to make decisions about our own bodies.
That's why we're taking trans rights to the Supreme Court. We're representing a 16-year-old and her family – along with two other families who are staying anonymous for their privacy and safety. Both families just want to be able to receive the medical care that they and their doctors agree is necessary. But their home state of Tennessee has passed one of the most extreme trans care bans in the country.
I can't emphasize enough how much is on the line in this case.
The Supreme Court will be deciding whether or not trans people are protected under our Constitution. And if lawmakers can carve one group out of the Constitution, anyone could be next. The principles at the core of this case are the same principles underlying the fight for reproductive freedom – we all deserve to make our own choices about our health and our bodies.
Help us send a message to the Courts: We the People won't accept these attacks on our constitutional rights. <[link removed]>

Bans like this should never get this far in the first place – but as long as there are threats to our rights, the ACLU will always be there to fight back. I'm proud to be defending trans rights at the country's highest court with this team.
We'll stay in touch over the weeks to come with the latest on this pivotal case – and more ways you can join the fight with me.
Together,
