Okay on to the update. Good news first. All indications are that we’re currently in a strong position after historic wins by Democrats statewide in Arizona. Ruben Gallego is a great candidate — the son of immigrants and a Marine combat veteran, and he’s up against Trump acolyte Kari Lake.

But here’s the worrying news: 10% of voters remain undecided in the Senate race, and Arizona is trending in the wrong direction. The two latest polls from The New York Times/Siena College show Trump with a five-point lead and winning at least 50% of voters.

We all need to be crystal clear: If Donald Trump can win, so can Kari Lake. If a majority of Arizonans are willing to back Trump, there’s no reason to believe they won’t back Kari Lake too.

Republicans are dumping massive resources into Arizona to try to sweep the state. These races are going to be extremely close when the votes are counted. So Ruben needs us:
