The Supreme Court could decide the outcome of the presidential election.

Hi,

In the year 2000, the Supreme Court decided the outcome of the presidential election on a 5-4 vote.

This year it could easily happen again — and justices like Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas are so ethically compromised that they can't possibly be trusted to rule fairly in election-related cases.

Democracy cannot survive without an impartial, independent judiciary. That's why Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito must be removed from the bench immediately, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has already introduced articles of impeachment against them.1

There are already multiple cases that have been filed in federal court that the justices could use to intervene in the election.

In one case, the Republican Party is asking the courts to toss out potentially tens of thousands of mail-in ballots that are mailed before Election Day but arrive after.

In Pennsylvania, there are multiple cases are pending that could result in mail-in ballots being thrown out even if they arrive on time but are undated or misdated.

In Nevada, a lawsuit seeks to purge naturalized U.S. citizens from the voter rolls if they registered before their citizenship was finalized.

Any one of these cases — and several others currently pending in the courts — could be used to tip the outcome of the election. Legal experts say that Justices Thomas and Alito are "severely compromised" ethically and should recuse themselves due to conflicts of interest.2

Justice Thomas's wife, Ginni, was personally involved in the effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election and attended the January 6 "Stop the Steal" rally at the White House.3

In addition, Thomas has taken at least $4 million in gifts from right-wing billionaire Harlan Crow, including dozens of private jet flights, super-yacht trips, and helicopter rides to vacation destinations around the world.4

Meanwhile, Justice Alito revealed his own partisan biases when flags supporting the MAGA movement were flown over his homes in Virginia and New Jersey.5 Further, like Thomas, Alito was caught taking a luxury vacation paid for by a Republican megadonor, Paul Singer.6

That's why we're demanding that Congress move forward with the articles of impeachment against Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito filed by Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez.
