We are proud to announce that Congressman Mike Johnson was just honored by FreedomWorks, and named their "Member of the Month" for May.

FreedomWorks is a leading conservative, grassroots organization with over 6 million members dedicated to promoting free markets and individual liberty. Its members share three common traits: a desire for less government, lower taxes, and more economic freedom.

Mike was named May's "Member of the Month" for showing a strong commitment to advancing conservative policies and defending liberty in Congress as the Representative from Louisiana's 4th district.

Since his election in 2016, Mike has shown exceptional leadership and earned a reputation as one who will stand up against the status quo in Washington and come to the table with real, conservative policy solutions.

Mike immediately joined up with the Republican Study Committee (RSC), and has since become its Chairman. Under his leadership, the RSC has seen the formation of several key task forces, which have recently had members working hard to respond to and advise on a path forward regarding the coronavirus.

We're proud of Mike and all the hard work he's been doing in Congress, and are appreciative of FreedomWork's recognition.
