Course Facilitators

Each of the six core modules will be led by a dedicated expert. Here is a glimpse of some of the incredible facilitators guiding you through the course:

Marianne Perez – A peacebuilding and communications expert with a strong background in storytelling. Marianne’s module sets the context for the course, addressing how to critically engage with, consume, and interact with media outlets.

Rivera Sun – Author of The Dandelion Insurrection and editor of Nonviolence News, Rivera brings extensive experience in writing and nonviolent direct action and organising. Her module will guide you through the practical aspects of writing about peace and anti-war ideas and practices.

Alessandra Granelli – World BEYOND War’s Social Media Manager. Alessandra’s module will address social media, including how it can be used effectively to promote peace not war.
