'It's Equivalent to Killing Bin Laden': Sen. Graham on the Death of Hamas Chief |
by Suzanne Bowdey |
For Jonathan Dekel-Chen, the nightmares of October 7 never go away. "Not a single household" went untouched, he shakes his head slowly, "either by someone being murdered, or taken hostage, or both." "[I]t's been a year of agony," the professor at Hebrew University admits, trying to shut out the image of his son putting his wife and children in a safe house while the 36-year-old went out to defend the kibbutz. The American citizen was taken hostage, wounded, and last seen alive 11 long months ago. To his family and others, the news that Hamas's Yahya Sinwar, the massacre's mastermind, has been killed, comes with mixed emotions. Justice was served, they agree, but at what cost? |

'Overwhelmed': Hundreds of Thousands of Migrants in U.S. Public Schools Is 'a Crisis in the Making' |
by Ben Johnson |
Among the countless victims of the unending tide of illegal immigration unleashed by the Biden-Harris administration's open borders policies are American schoolchildren. Illegal immigrants have brought between 500,000 and a million of their children into the United States, crowding schools, stifling learning, straining budgets, and eroding the level of education provided to American children. |

Are Families Fascist? |
by Joshua Arnold |
During a "Democracy at a Crossroads" seminar on Wednesday, MSNBC host Joy Reid warned that "this election is a litmus test for American tolerance for fascism." But her definition was - how best to put it - wide of the target. "The elements of fascism are rooted in this nationalistic drive for more babies for the state, for women to be subordinate to men, for a strongman-driven nation, and a deep sort of state-based religiosity," she declared. This is neither fascism nor what is at stake in this election. |

FBI Revises 2022 Data Revealing Major Uptick in Crime |
by Sarah Holliday |
Gallup recently shared a poll that revealed Americans' trust in the media has hit another "record low." But as new reports and statistics emerge, perhaps it's not hard to see why - especially when the FBI is caught revising data that shows entirely different statistics related to levels of violent crime. |

Podcast with Joseph Backholm and Robby George |
Host Joseph Backholm is joined by Dr. Robert George, a professor at Princeton University, for a conversation addressing the pressing issues of this generation. First and foremost, Christians are called to protect the unborn. Professor George emphasizes and unpacks how the Republican party has shifted from this narrative and how the Democratic party is not the party of love and compassion, but one of harm to women, immigrants, and Americans. He also gives his thoughts on immigration reform, how higher education impacts culture and the age of feeling. |

Biden-Harris Admin Once Again Threatens to Withhold Weapons from Israel |
by Dan Hart |
As Israel continues its war against Islamist terrorism on multiple fronts in the wake of October 7 and prepares to retaliate against Iran for its missile attack on the Jewish state two weeks ago, a letter from the Biden-Harris administration on Sunday warned that the U.S. will withhold weapons aid unless Israel increases humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Experts say the move is a political ploy that will hinder Israel's military effort to defend itself. |

Voters in California, Colorado, Hawaii to Consider Ballot Measures Repealing Marriage Amendments |
by Joshua Arnold |
Voters in three Western states will consider ballot measures this November to repeal marriage amendments previously approved by voters. These measures would add redundant legal fortifications to same-sex marriage in anticipation of the day when the current cultural juggernaut consumes its final momentum. |

Black Voters Trending toward Trump as Harris Campaign Scrambles to 'Shore Up Support' |
by S.A. McCarthy |
With less than three weeks to go before the election, Vice President Kamala Harris is hemorrhaging support from a key demographic which has, historically, skewed in favor of Democrats: young black voters. According to a recent New York Times/Siena College poll, 78% of likely black voters intend to cast their ballots for Harris and 15% intend to vote for Trump. Already, Trump's support from black voters is on track to be almost triple what he received in the 2016 election and among the highest percentages of support received by any Republican presidential candidate. Only 7% of voters surveyed said that they voted for Trump in 2020. |
