Green Party of the United States

Friend —

Mother’s Day is on Sunday, so what better time is there to celebrate some AMAZING Green Moms?

Mothers provide leadership in our party and in communities around the world. They are under-represented in this society’s halls of power while over-represented on the front-lines fighting the consequences of pollution, poverty, illness and violence.

Feminism is a Key Value of the Green Party and that means 100% commitment to gender equity within our party leadership, in government and daily life.

Give to the Green Party today so we can keep running Green Moms like these for office and end the structural injustices that put our Moms and our families at risk.

Lisa Savage
2020 Candidate For U.S. Senate (Maine)

From Lisa:

"Motherhood affected my political outlook by centering life-sustaining practices. As a union negotiator, I worked hard for better wages and working conditions for educators who give back to their communities. I'm running for the US Senate to turn our resources toward caring for people rather than enriching corporations. I will work hard for Medicare for All, a demilitarized Green New Deal, education without debt, and an end to endless wars."
