John, don't miss your chance to have your monthly support go twice as far fighting climate change.

Hi John - I'll be brief because our deadline is just a few hours away.

Hundreds of members like you have started recurring gifts and gotten us so close to reaching our goal of 365 new Eco Partners. And your gift could be the one to push us over the top before midnight.

Please chip in what you can and help us reach our goal before midnight tonight by starting a monthly gift:

Eco Partners supply the lifeblood of our work. And thanks to the $1-for-$1 match, your monthly gift will go twice as far for the next year. That's double the impact securing a safer climate and a vital Earth for everyone – our kids, grandkids, neighbors and vulnerable wildlife who need us.

Thanks in advance,

Sam Parry

The votes are in! The winning member card image is...the polar bear!

The polar bear is a symbol of the urgency needed to tackle climate change. As the Arctic warms — FOUR times faster than the rest of Earth — melting sea ice leaves polar bears either waiting on land, unable to hunt for their next meal, or at risk of drowning as they swim for hours or even days to find food.

Fast action to cut methane pollution and slow global warming is critical to saving sea ice. That's why I’m proud to be an EDF Eco Partner and see the impact of my support every day in my colleagues’ incredible work.

Eco Partners’ steady, reliable funding has a huge impact in the climate fight. It means EDF can respond quickly to attacks from big polluters, put long-term plans into action like launching MethaneSAT and keep critical work moving forward on slashing climate pollution — the best way to preserve critical polar bear habitat before it's too late.

Our Fall Membership Drive ends tonight at midnight, and we’re so close to reaching our goal of 365 Eco Partners — one for every day of the year.

John, when you activate your membership with a monthly gift, you’ll become an EDF Eco Partner, and your support will go directly to helping slash climate pollution, protect our health and ensure thriving communities with clean air and water.

You’ll also make twice the difference because the Robert W. Wilson Charitable Trust will match your monthly gift $1 for $1, doubling your impact for the next year!

Over the past month, hundreds of new Eco Partners have committed to fighting climate change and protecting Earth, our only home. Please join them and help us reach our goal of 365 new Eco Partners before midnight tonight by making your monthly commitment.

As an Eco Partner, you’ll also receive exclusive, in-depth reports, invitations for virtual events, quarterly updates and stories on how you’re helping make a difference.

Your generous monthly support will go twice as far as we work to:

# Help slash methane from the oil and gas industry — the fastest way to slow the rate of global warming this decade — and save Arctic summer sea ice for polar bears.
# Take on big polluters and oppose their attacks on clean air and other important protections for our environment and health.
# Leverage data from EDF’s methane-detecting satellite MethaneSAT to pinpoint sources of methane pollution, plug leaks and hold polluters accountable.
# Partner with farmers on science-based solutions to cut methane pollution, make food production more sustainable, strengthen soil health and conserve water.
# Accelerate our transition to pollution-free cars, trucks and buses to improve the health of millions and tap the brakes on global warming.

Together, we’re fighting climate change and protecting ecosystems, from Arctic sea ice to wetlands, tropical forests and more. And with your support, we can safeguard communities around the world.

John, I hope you’ll join me in supporting EDF's critical work with a monthly gift and tackling the climate crisis head on.

Thank you for standing with us!
