john —

In the last few weeks:

Donald Trump called himself the “father of IVF.”
The Georgia Supreme Court reinstated a 6-week abortion ban.
Audio of JD Vance calling for a “federal response” to women from red states traveling to seek reproductive healthcare was released.
The U.S. Supreme Court declined to take up the Biden Administration's appeal of a Texas law that punishes doctors and hospitals for providing abortions in emergency situations.

As the only Senator to have worked at Planned Parenthood, trust me when I say I am deeply concerned about abortion access if Republicans win this fall.

If you’re as worried as I am about the stakes of reproductive freedoms in our country, it’s time to take action.

Here are three steps you can take right now to support candidates who will protect abortion access:

1. Add your name in support of my legislation to repeal the Comstock Act, a 150+ year old law that Republicans are planning to use to revoke access to medication abortion nationwide. [[link removed]]

ADD YOUR NAME [[link removed]]

2. Pitch in to my work to protect the Democratic Senate majority. We need a blue Senate working alongside future President Kamala Harris to codify Roe v. Wade into federal law. [[link removed]]

3. Sign up to volunteer for Democratic campaigns near you! [[link removed]]

john, it’s easy to feel a bit hopeless — but we must take our anger and frustration and turn it into action.

Thanks for doing your part to protect abortion access,

Tina
