Chris DeLuzio, Susan Wild, Matt Cartwright, and Janelle Stelson are all running critical House races in Pennsylvania – the top state Kamala Harris needs to win the Electoral College. If they have funds to get out the vote, those could both flip the House for Democrats and provide Kamala the victory margin in Pennsylvania.
