When asked about supporting a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion, Becca said she was in full support of it.
But her opponent wouldn’t answer the question.
Becca is the lead sponsor of the Stop Comstock Act, which would end the prohibition of mailing abortion medication and materials used in abortion procedures. It’s crucial to ensuring equitable access to reproductive healthcare that is often life-or-death!
But her opponent said it wasn’t an issue.
John, his answers were a slap in the face to every person affected by the ongoing rollback of reproductive rights in this country.
Right-wing extremism has no place in Vermont, and Becca’s leading the charge both here at home and in Congress to ensure that extremists stop turning the clock backward on fundamental rights.
