BREAKING: The Trump White House blocked the FBI from conducting a thorough investigation into sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his 2018 confirmation hearing.
That’s according to a new report from Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, confirming what we had always suspected.
Despite Trump’s promise that the FBI would have “free reign” to investigate these claims, all calls to the FBI tip line were redirected to the White House, and the FBI never received the clearance it needed to collect corroborating evidence.
